It has to be grilled otherwise you will get something different which probably will not be called kebapche (for comparison kyufte can also be fried). Eat it with Shopska salad and French fries with Bulgarian cheese. Mix all ingredients together, mix well. Leave in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. Take out and roll in sausage like pieces.
